SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders both domestic and international orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Orders will be shipped through USPS standard shipping. 

 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when making a purchase. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

 

Reshipping of packages returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customers cost of $8.

Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Please contact your local post office as they can track your shipped package. 

 

We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

 

Items must be purchased directly from the Troubled Youth website.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn, unwashed product, within 30 days of purchase. All items are inspected upon arrival; for signs of wear, damage, or use. If returned items don't meet basic restocking standards, items will be returned to customer.

 

Items must arrive back to us within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. If items arrive to us after 30 days of purchase, store credit may be issued up to 40 days after purchase. We are not able to offer anything for items returned 40 days after purchase.

 

Items can be returned for a refund or store credit of the purchase price of the item (shipping is not included in refund or store credit). 

 

Please keep tracking information on all items sent back to us. 

 

Proof of purchase is required.
